We also meet weekly for professional development, where we challenge each other in topics such as business development, marketing, and technology.

2. Broaden Your Network
RE/MAX Commercial Practitioners have access to the industry's top training system, corporate support services and a powerful referral network – more than 100,000 Sales Associates. And we have a presence in nearly 100 countries.
RE/MAX Complete Commercial is located immediately adjacent to RE/MAX Complete Realty - a residential brokerage. While RE/MAX Complete Commercial is not a member of CREB, RE/MAX Complete Realty is. Agents on the Commercial side have opportunities to build relationships, referrals, and even cross-brokerage teams with Realtors on the Residential side.
It's hard to imagine, with this type of network, that there could be a better setting for a successful Commercial Real Estate business.
3. Use the Right Tools
Every Agent in our office has an account with RealNet, LoopNet and CoStar for the best in local research and promotion. Our custom built website has a powerful backend to further assist our Agents with resources, communication tools, tracking and contract management. Additional tools like RESAAS and the upcoming remaxcommercial.ca websites give our clients even greater local, regional and worldwide exposure and reach.
Our Agents also have access to RE/MAX Complete Development Services to provide additional development and research tools to ensure our Clients are presented with the best options for their success.

4. Earn More. Keep More
You are a hard working entrepreneur and the last thing you want to do is share the fruit of your efforts with others that aren't directly contributing to your success. You're ready to pay your share, but you want to earn more and keep more.
We use an "associated independence" model at RE/MAX Complete Commercial. Under this model, you pay a monthly fee to cover the direct costs of your business, under group contracts to pass the savings and benefits to you. After that, you keep 95% of all of your commissions! If you prefer to finance your monthly fees, we still cap the split so that, after the monthly fees and finance costs are covered, you keep 95%.
